DLMS Social!
DLMS held the 1st ever School Social in March 2022. All proceeds from the event went toward the DLMS weight room remodel. The hope is to have more events like this in the 2022/2023 School Year. More information to come as details are released!

March 17, 2022 - Wow! What a fantastic turn out for our 1st ever Student Social @ DLMS! We hope everyone in attendance had a great time!
The main goal of the event was to create a fun, yet safe space for DLMS students to hang out with their friends and just be kids. We tried to find activities that would appeal to everyone. In doing so, we were also able to raise over $2,100 for weight room renovations at the school, which for us was just icing on the cake! |
We want to give a special thank you to Mr. Abraham & Mrs. Stauffer for all of their support as this idea came to life and their help with planning and organizing the event. Thank you to Miss. Kasten's and Mr. Bloemers for all of the time, thought and organization of the sports tournaments. Thank you to McDonald's of Caledonia for the giveaways we were able to distribute randomly to students throughout the event. And finally, thank you to ALL of our AMAZING DLMS teachers and staff who volunteered their time at the event! It couldn't have happened without all of you!

Our hope is this was only the first of many of these events in years to come. We welcome feedback! A survey was sent to students, staff and teachers for their input on what they liked or can see as areas of improvement.
